PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transport head-forming vegetables with a simple structure without causing damage.SOLUTION: The transport device 100 includes: two wall members 10, 20 that form a passage (transportation path) for head-forming vegetables V to pass through and that are arranged with a prescribed space apart in the X axis direction； a plurality of elastic bags 30, 40 that are installed in the faces 10a, 20a for the wall members 10, 20 to face respectively； and an air supply control system that transports the head-forming vegetables V in the Y axis direction by the elastic bags 30, 40 by controlling timing in which air is supplied to each of the elastic bags 30, 40 and timing in which air is discharged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
