PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for plant cultivation 4 which is capable of suppressing a risk that a light source is exposed to water in feeding water to plants and a risk that heat generated from the light source causes adverse effect on an adjacent plant body or culture medium, and uniformly irradiating lower parts of plants with light, and securing a space around plants in performing hydroponics.SOLUTION: The panel for plant cultivation comprises: a light guide 2 which includes a light introducing surface 2a for introducing light at an end portion and emits introduced light from a light emitting surface 2b while guiding the light inside itself and a light source 1 provided along the light introducing surface 2a.
