A dispensing container box (20) for ear thermometer sheath includes a hollow casing (21) and a supporting base (22). One end of the hollow casing (21) has a first opening (211), and an opening end (241) of the ear thermometer sheath (24) is set towards the first opening (211) of the hollow casing (21). The other end of the hollow casing (21) which is opposite to the first opening (211), has a second opening (212), and at least a pair of first blocking portions (215) is set adjacent to the second opening (212). One end of the supporting base (22) is set inside the hollow casing (21), and the other end passes through the second opening (212) of the hollow casing (21). The supporting casing (22) has a third opening (221) set towards the first opening (211), to accommodate the hollow main body (240) of the ear thermometer sheath (24). The outer side of the supporting bass (22) has a pair of second blocking portions (223) set adjacent to the third opening (221), standing against a pair of the first blocking portions (215), in order to prevent the supporting base (22) departing from the second opening (212).
