This invention discloses a surface treatment method of dental implant and mini implant, which includes the following steps: utilizing titanium or titanium alloy artificial root implant and mini implant to perform partial or entire surface treatment by degreasing, sandblasting, acid etching, wet type plasma oxidizing to produce titanium dioxide and calcium phosphate titanium coating having biocompatibile porous structure performing alkaline solution processing to convert calcium phosphate titanium into hydroxide-based calcium phosphate providing the surface of dental implant and mini implant coated with titanium dioxide and hydroxyl calcium phosphate coating with porous structure with different sizes so as to accelerate the speed of osteoblast-like cells and osseointegration, thereby shortening the treatment duration of dental implant and mini implant fixation.本發明揭露一種牙植體及骨釘植體表面處理的方法,係利用鈦或鈦合金人工牙根植體及骨釘植體,經脫脂、噴砂、酸蝕、用溼式電漿氧化做局部或全部的表面處理,生成具有生物相容性之多孔狀結構的二氧化鈦和磷酸鈣鈦塗層;經碱液處理再將磷酸鈣鈦轉化為氫氧基磷酸鈣,使人工牙植體及骨釘植體表面,具有大小不一多孔狀結構之二氧化鈦和氫氧基磷酸鈣塗層披覆,故可以加速類成骨細胞及骨整合之速度,進而縮短人工植牙及固定骨釘之治療時程。
