The present invention relates to fusion proteins of certain cell targeting peptides with lactic acid bacteria derived proteins or active fragments thereof. The fusion protein of the present invention has significantly improved colorectal disease therapeutic activity compared to a protein to which a specific targeting peptide is not fused.
