The present invention relates to a self-assembled nanocomposite based on supramolecular interactions including albumin, and more particularly to a nanocomposite based on albumin, which utilizes supramolecular interactions of cyclodextrin and adamantane, Self-assembled nanocomposite excellent in directivity, stability in vivo and sealed release of drug, a method for producing the same, and various uses thereof.본 발명은 알부민을 포함하는, 초분자 상호작용에 기초한 자가조립 나노복합체에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 알부민을 기반으로 하되, 사이클로덱스트린과 아다만탄의 초분자 상호작용을 이용함으로써, 항암 부위에 대한 표적지향성과 생체 내에서의 안정성 및 약물의 봉입 방출이 우수한 자가조립 나노복합체, 이의 제조방법 및 이의 다양한 용도에 관한 것이다.
