External preparation formulation having excellent percutaneous absorption of a new administration route for aripiprazole has been demanded. By combining the appropriate (low fatty acid lipophilic in particular) and organic acids aripiprazole, it has become possible to make transdermal absorption for the first time aripiprazole. That is, it was found that when the formation of the fat-soluble salts of fatty acids uses a range of compounds -1.5 2 transdermal more excellent can be obtained. Moreover, by appropriately selecting the composition of the solvent, it was found that percutaneous absorption is remarkably enhanced. Thus, since the terms of aripiprazole, which allowed a new dosage form development of non-oral preparations, transdermal preparations of new aripiprazole can now be provided.アリピプラゾールに関する新たな投与ルートとして経皮吸収性に優れた外用剤処方が求められていた。アリピプラゾールと有機酸(特に脂溶性の低い脂肪酸)を適切に組合せることにより、アリピプラゾールを初めて経皮吸収化させることが可能となった。即ち、脂肪酸等の脂溶性が-1.5~2の範囲の化合物を使用して塩を形成させると、より優れた経皮吸収性が得られることを見出した。更に、溶媒の組成を適切に選択することにより、経皮吸収性が顕著に向上することを見出した。このように、アリピプラゾールに関して、経口製剤以外の新たな剤形展開が可能となったことから、新たなアリピプラゾールの経皮吸収製剤が提供できるようになった。
