The present invention relates to a training apparatus and method for photographing medical images for dental radiology education, which is configured to practice photographing of dental medical images for an imaging target. According to the present invention, the training apparatus comprises: a first sensor unit which is located at an imaging target to detect first location information which is self-location information, and first angle information which is self-angle information, according to a predetermined standard； a second sensor unit which is included in a head of the training apparatus for photographing medical images for dental radiology education, to detect second location information which is self-location information, and second angle information which is self-angle information, according to a predetermined standard； a relative information generation unit which, based on the first location information and second location information, generates relative location information of the second sensor unit with respect to the first sensor unit, and based on the first angle information and second angle information, generates relative angle information of the second sensor unit with respect to the first sensor unit； and an image selection unit which selects a medical image, from a plurality of previously stored medical images, that corresponds to the relative location information and relative angle information, and derives the result of the photography training.촬영 실습 대상에 대한 치과용 의료영상의 촬영을 실습하기 위한 치과 영상의학 교육용 의료영상 촬영 실습 장치에 있어서, 촬영 실습 대상에 위치하여, 기설정된 기준에 따라 자체 위치 정보인 제1 위치 정보 및 자체 각도 정보인 제1 각도 정보 각각을 검출하는 제1 센서부, 치과 영상의학 교육용 의료영상 촬영 실습 장치의 헤드에 포함되어, 기설정된 기준에 따라 자체 위치 정보인 제2 위치 정보 및 자체 각도 정보인 제2 각도 정보 각각을 검출하는 제2 센서부, 제1 위치 정보 및 제2 위치 정보에 기초하여, 제1 센서부에 대한 제2 센서부의 상대적 위치 정보를 생성하고, 제1 각도 정보 및 제2 각도 정보에 기초하여, 제1 센서부에 대한 상기 제2 센서부의 상대적 각도 정보를 생성하는 상대정보 생성부 및 미리 저장된 복수 개의 의료 영상 중에서 상대적 위치 정보 및 상대적 각도 정보에 대응되는 의료 영상을 선택하여 촬영 실습의 결과를 도출하는 영상 선택부를 포함하는, 치과 영상의학 교육용 의료영상 촬영 실습
