The feeding apparatus (5) is provided with a first gas inlet (6) and a second solid grain inlet (7). An outlet (2) of the sterilizing gas source is connected to an inlet (4) of the gas supply apparatus. The gas supply apparatus (3) is connected to the first gas inlet (6) of the feeding apparatus (5). An outlet (8) of the feeding apparatus is connected to the conveying pipeline. The discharging apparatus (12) is provided with a gas outlet and a material outlet (13). The material outlet (13) of the discharging apparatus (12) and the second solid grain inlet (7) of the feeding apparatus (5) form a loop, so as to form a material circulation loop. An unloading apparatus (19) is disposed in the circulation loop. Due to the adoption of the pneumatic conveying apparatus, grains can be suspended in sterilization gas and is sterilized in the apparatus. The device is applicable to material treatment on grains of different granularities, and is especially applicable to treatment on superfine grains.
