PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a W/O/W type pickering emulsion capable of preparing only by one step of emulsification process without using a surfactant and having high yield and simultaneously having an excellent long term stability.SOLUTION: In the W/O/W type pickering emulsion in a state wherein an oil phase particle confining water phase particles therein is dispersed in a water phase, an organic silicone fine particles containing a specific hollow hemispherical organic silicone is localized at the interface of the oil phase and water phase, and also 40-80 mass% water phase, 10-50 mass% oil phase and 10-20 mass% organic silicone fine particles (a total of 100 mass%) are contained.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】界面活性剤を使用するまでもなく、1段階の乳化工程のみでも調製することができ、しかも生成率が高く、同時に長期間の安定性にも優れたW/O/W型ピッケリングエマルションを提供する。【解決手段】内部に水相の粒子を閉じ込めた油相の粒子が水相中に分散した状態のW/O/W型ピッケリングエマルションにおいて、油相とその両側の水相との界面に特定の中空半球状有機シリコーン微粒子を含有する有機シリコーン微粒子を局在させ、且つ水相を40~80質量%、油相を10~50質量%及び有機シリコーン微粒子を10~20質量%(合計100質量%)の割合で含有して成るものとした。【選択図】図2
