Provided are a composition for enhancing immunity, containing a milk protein with a high content of organic selenium as an active ingredient, and a method for preparing the same. The milk protein with a high content of organic selenium prepared by mixing mixed powder, which is prepared by mixing whey powder and selenium power, with water and then heating the same, increases the bioavailability of minerals.
