PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate rootage and rearing management of transplanting objects to be planted by forming a shallow hole around the circumference of the transplanting object to be planted and watering the hole.SOLUTION: A transplanter includes a hole-forming body (110) that vertically moves to form a hole shallower than planting depth of the transplanting object to be planted at a position of a field in which a planting device (28) plants the transplanting object.
