Disclosed herein are compositions for stabilizing pH-sensitive components, such as vitamin C derivatives. The composition has an effect of providing a formulation in which a pH-sensitive component is stabilized through a gel structure without using a pH buffering agent by forming a gel structure having a low pH using an anionic surfactant and higher alcohol.본 명세서에는 pH 민감성 성분, 예컨대 비타민 C 유도체의 안정화용 조성물이 개시된다. 상기 조성물은 음이온 계면활성제와 고급 알코올을 이용하여 pH가 낮은 겔 구조를 형성함으로써 pH 완충제의 사용 없이 겔 구조를 통해 pH 민감성 성분을 안정화시킨 제형을 제공하는 효과가 있다.
