The present invention relates to a sustained-release oral disintegrating film having excellent oral mucosa adhesion, which contains a component with improved oral mucosa adhesion to allow efficient introduction of effective ingredients contained in an oral mucosa film through a capillary inside a mucosal layer since long-term attachment can be performed when being attached to the oral mucosa for use, and a disintegration time can be delayed by oral saliva by increasing adhesion for oral mucosa through a combination of chitosan or a compound thereof and glutathione with respect to components of an oral mucosa attachable sustained-release oral disintegrating film, and being formed by coating ethyl cellulose exhibiting hydrophobic characteristics on one side of the film, and to a manufacturing method thereof. In addition, the sustained-release oral disintegrating film is purposed for a health functional food or medicine and medical supplies by appropriately mixing and combining effective ingredients having various functional effects on the basis of film base ingredients secured in the present invention.본 발명은 구강 점막 부착형 서방형 구강붕해 필름의 구성 성분에 키토산 또는 그 화합물과 글루타치온의 조합을 통해 구강 점막에 대한 부착력을 높이면서 아울러 필름의 또 다른 한쪽면에는 소수성 특징을 나타내는 에틸 셀룰로스를 코팅하여 제형함으로서, 구강 점막 부착 사용시 점막에 장시간 부착이 가능해지고 구강내 타액에 의한 붕해시간을 지연시키게 됨으로 인해 구강 점막용 필름에 함유된 유용 성분의 점막층 내부의 모세혈관을 통해 효율적 유입이 가능해 지도록 하는 구강점막 부착성이 향상된 성분을 함유하는 구강점막 부착력이 우수한 서방형 구강붕해용 필름 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.또한, 본 발명을 통해 확보된 필름 기재 성분을 바탕으로 여러 기능성 효과를 가지는 유효 성분들을 적절히 배합하거나 조합함으로써 건강기능성식품이나 의약용을 목적으로 하는 서방형 타입의 구강 점막 흡수형 필름 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
