PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent antibacterial mildewproof coated film which has high durability, is manufactured at a low cost and has high safety of a human body and environment and further to provide its manufacturing process and a product using them.SOLUTION: This invention relates to the antibacterial mildewproof coated film, wherein an antibacterial mildewproof metal atoms or antibacterial mildewproof metal ions are fixed via a coated film formed of a film compound chemically bonded to a base material surface. The film compound has a surface bonding group for forming a bonding with the base material surface at one end of a molecule and a coordinate bonding group for forming a coordinate bonding with the metal atom or the metal ion at another end of the molecule, respectively.
