The invention provides a sunscreen covered with a nano lipid carrier, comprising an aqueous phase solution that includes water and a surfactant and a plurality of oil phase units that are dispersed in the aqueous phase solution. Each of the oil phase units includes at least one sunscreen effective component and a nano lipid carrier covering the sunscreen effective component, in which the nano lipid carrier is composed of lipid solution that includes a solid lipid and a liquid lipid. The invention further provides a sunscreen composition, comprising a base agent and a sunscreen agent that is dispersed in the base agent and covered with a nano lipid carrier as mentioned above. Accordingly, with the sunscreen effective component effectively covered by the nano lipid carrier, the invention can have an enhanced sunscreen effect. In addition, the sunscreen effective component applied in the sunscreen composition does not directly contact the skin, so that skin irritation and skin allergy can be possibly reduced.本發明提供一種經奈米脂質載體包覆之防曬劑,包含一水相溶液,含有水及一界面活性劑;及多數分散於該水相溶液中之油相單元,其中,每一油相單元含有至少一防曬有效成份及包覆該防曬有效成份之奈米脂質載體,該奈米脂質載體是由脂質液所組成,該脂質液含有一固態脂質及一液態脂質。本發明另提供一種防曬組成物,係包含一基劑,及一分散於該基劑且前述的經奈米脂質載體包覆之防曬劑。本發明透過奈米脂質載體有效包覆防曬有效成分,使防曬效能增加,在應用於防曬組成物時,防曬有效成份不直接接觸皮膚,減少對皮膚的刺激並降低過敏發生。
