The present invention relates to a constant voltage circuit and an electric device including the same. The constant voltage circuit proposed in the present invention includes a first switch element composed of a triac or thyristor between a power source and a charge capacitor, and a second switch element connected between the first switch element and the charge capacitor. The second switch element is short-circuited when the charge capacitor is charged to a desired voltage by charging.
