PURPOSE: A toothpaste composition for tooth whitening is provided to prevent dental caries, oral diseases and gingival diseases and to ensure anti-inflammation and anti-bacteria. CONSTITUTION: A toothpaste composition for tooth whitening contains abrasive, foaming agent, wetting agent, sweetener, flavouring agent, medicinal ingredient, preservative and purified water. The toothpaste composition contains 3.5-5.0 weight% of Lactuca sativa-dried powder, 0.10-11.72 weight% of herb mixture powder； and 0.01-1.21 weight% of alumen. A method for manufacturing the toothpaste composition comprises: a step of adding purified water to abrasive, wetting agent, sweetener, flavoring agent, medicinal ingredient, and preservative； a step of stirring in a tank； and a step of adding foaming agent and mixing under high vacuum.본 발명은 치아 미백과 함께 충치예방,구강 질환 및 잇몸 질환에 대한 항염,항균성을 강화 시킨 치약 조성물과 그 제조방법을 제공함에 있다.이러한 본 발명은 치약조성물의 전체 중량에 대하여 높은 미백효과를 갖게 하고자 상치 건조분말을 3.5~5.0중량% 함유되게 하고, 여기에 어성초와 금은화와 두충과 상백피와 백지와 승마와 당귀로 이루어진 생약 혼합 건조분말 0.10~11.72중량% 및 백반0.01 ~1.21중량%를 첨가하여, 항염 및 항균성을 갖게 하여 충치 예방과 아울러 구강 질환, 잇몸 질환,치주질환 치은염 및 치주염 예방에 큰 효과를 갖게 한 것이다.
