The purpose of the present invention is to modify an adhesion inhibiting function by applying advantages of gel-type and membrane-type adhesion preventing agents which are most frequently used types among adhesion preventing agents. In particular, there are major problems of a gel-type adhesion agent. When being coated on a part of a human body, adhesion preventing gel falls from a coated part, and thus it is difficult to ensure a sufficient coating amount. Moreover, gel is pushed away by physical compression of an adjacent organ or tissue after coating, so a coating amount may be removed. Moreover, there are major problems of a membrane-type adhesion agent. When an adhesion preventing membrane is coated in a specific part, penetration and coating are difficult to be performed in fine uneven parts due to the properties as a membrane. Also, the position of a coated adhesion preventing membrane can be changed according to the movement of a human body or the movement of an organ or tissue. Thus, an effective adhesion preventing function is difficult to be shown. To this end, the present invention provides an adhesion preventing agent composition and a method for producing the same, wherein the adhesion preventing agent composition has a more improved effect by mixing a material capable of serving as a membrane with a gel-type adhesion preventing agent.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명의 목적은 유착방지제 중에서 많이 활용되는 유형인 겔형 및 막형 유착방지제의 각각의 장점을 반영하여 유착 억제기능을 개선하려는데에 있다. 구체적으로, 겔형 유착방지제의 주요 문제점으로는, 유착방지겔을 인체의 부위에 도포할 경우 도포부위에서 흘러내려 충분한 도포량을 확보하기가 어렵고 또한 도포 후 인접 장기나 조직의 물리적인 압착에 의해 겔이 밀려남으로써 도포량이 제거될 수 있다. 또한, 막형 유착방지제의 주요 문제점으로는, 유착방지 막을 특정부위에 도포할 경우 막이란 특성 때문에 부위의 세세한 굴곡진 부위로의 침투와 도포기능이 어렵고, 인체의 움직임 및 조직이나 장기 자체의 움직임에 따라 도포된 유착방지 막의 위치 이탈문제가 발생할 수 있는 등 효과적인 유착방지기능을 보이기 어려웠다. 본 발명을 통해 겔형 유착방지제에 막형 기능을 할 수 있는 재료를 혼합함으로써 보다 효과가 개선된 유착방지제 조성물 및 그 제조방법을 제공하는 것이다.
