PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide synchronized water, a method of producing the synchronized water, and various methods of use of the synchronized water.SOLUTION: There is provided the synchronized water in which all single water molecules are arranged at same time in an identical way to a stable homogeneous microstructure, the synchronized water in a distilled condition and at atmospheric pressure has a) a density of 0.997855 to 0.998836 g/ml at 22°C, b) a water temperature at the freezing point of -6.7°C to -8.2°C, c) a melting point of 0.1°C to 0.2°C, d) a surface tension of 72.3 to 72.7 dyn/cm at 22°C, and e) a dielectric constant of 82.4 to 82.6 F/m. The synchronized water is produced by causing a characteristic geometrical matrix SSc to transmit light having a wavelength of 360 to 4,000 nm, then causing the light to contact with water or medium containing water. The medium can constitute foods, functional medium, a pharmaceutical formulation form, a preservative agent, a cell culture solution and an enzyme substrate.【課題】同期化された水、同期化された水の製造方法、及び同期化された水の種々の使用方法を提供する。【解決手段】全ての単一水分子が同時に、安定した均質な微小構造に同一の様式で配置されている同期化された水であって、該同期化された水が、蒸留された状態で、大気圧で、ａ）２２℃における密度０．９９７８５５～０．９９８８３６ｇ／ｍｌ、ｂ）凝固点における水温－６．７℃～－８．２℃、ｃ）融点０．１℃～０．２℃、ｄ）２２℃における表面張力７２．３～７２．７ｄｙｎ／ｃｍ、及びｅ）比誘電率８２．４～８２．６Ｆ／ｍを有する、同期化された水であって、波長３６０～４０００ｎｍを有する光を、特徴的幾何学的マトリックスＳＳｃを通過させ、その後、水または水を含む媒体と接触させることにより製造する。この媒体は食品、機能的媒体、医薬品用の製剤形態、保存剤、細胞培養溶液、酵素基質を構成することができる。【選択図】図１６Ａ－１
