A laryngoscope with a rotatable and turnable display is revealed. The laryngoscope includes a laryngoscope body, a rotating assembly, a turnover assembly and a display. The laryngoscope body is used to capture images. The rotating assembly is disposed over the laryngoscope body and having a plurality of elastic bodies or first and second magnetic parts used in combination with a slot of a first fixed shaft. Thus the display is rotated around the rotating assembly and a rotation angle of the display is determined according to the position of the slot. The turnover assembly is arranged at one side of the display. The display is flipped around the turnover assembly by a fixing member of a second fixed shaft being mounted into at least one fixing hole of a turnover portion.
