PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trocar device with a camera in which strength degradation of a turning axis of the camera can be prevented while securing good installation properties of the camera.SOLUTION: A camera part 36 is provided at the tip of a pipe part 31 of a trocar with the camera. A bearing structure of a camera part 36 has: a turning pin 65 outwardly protruding from both ends of the camera part 36; a bearing part 67 provided in a cut-out part 61 of the tip of the pipe part 31 and supporting the turning pin 65 in a turning manner; and a dropping prevention member 76 for holding the turning pin 65 in cooperation with the bearing part 67 and preventing the detachment from the bearing part 67 of the turning pin 65. A tip side acceptance opening 67 capable of accepting the turning pin 65 coming from the tip side of the pipe part 31 is provided in the bearing part 67. A free end of the dropping prevention member 76 is arranged by facing a tip side acceptance opening 67A.
