The X-ray photography apparatus (1) also includes: an image processor (801b) that is configured to generate an X-ray image based on an electric signal output from the X-ray detector (21)； and a photographic region designation receiving part (610) that is configured to designate part of a row of teeth along a dental arch (90) as a pseudo intraoral radiography region. The image processor (801b) is configured to generate plural tomographic images (Ti1, Ti2, Ti11, Ti12) by applying convolution and filtered back projection to X-ray image data obtained by pseudo intraoral radiography.
