PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic having improved stickiness and makeup sustainability.SOLUTION: The cosmetic includes an organopolysiloxane compound that has a weight-average molecular weight of 300-200,000 and contains at least one (R1SiO3/2) unit (wherein R1 is organic group represented by formula (1)) in one molecule.
