A device for delivering an osteogenic agent to the patient’s spine, comprising: an implantable spinal pump connected to the patient’s spine; a spinal cage inserted between two adjacent vertebrae of the patient and connected to the spinal pump; external removable means for supplying power to the spinal pump by induction. 2. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that said back pump comprises: a pump control system; a reservoir; a piezoelectric motor connected to and controlled by a pump control system; a plurality of induction pump coils connected to a pump control system; means of a piezoelectric motor to release an osteogenic agent from a reservoir. 3. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that said spinal cage has an almost toroidal shape and includes: an absorbable sponge located in the center of the spinal cage; a main inner channel installed around a circle around the inner radius of the spinal cage; and have sub-channels connected to and emanating from the main internal channel. 4.
