A microorganism formulation for preventing plant pathogen contains fungi of Streptomyces nigrogriseolus CMC0647 or a culture medium thereof as an active ingredient. A method for preventing plant pathogen comprises a step of treating plant with Streptomyces nigrogriseolus CMC0647 or the microorganism formulation.본 발명은 작물에 발생하는 흑색썩음균핵병을 효과적으로 방제할 수 있는 스트렙토마이세스 니그로글리세러스 CMC0647(Streptomycesnigrogriseolus CMC0647, 미생물 수탁번호 KCTC18232P) 및 이를 이용한 미생물 제제에 관한 것으로서, 상기 스트렙토마이세스 니그로글리세러스 CMC0647 균주를 이용한 본 발명의 미생물 제제는 마늘이나 양파의 흑색썩음균핵병을 비롯한 여러 식물병에 대해 방제효과가 우수하며, 기존의 화학농약이 가지고 있는 잔류 독성, 환경 유해 등의 문제점을 해결하고 화학농약보다 우수한 방제효과를 얻을 수 있기 때문에 친환경 농가에 유용하게 적용할 수 있다.
