The present invention relates to a method for producing a three-dimensional scaffold construct comprising encapsulated cells, the method comprising: (a) providing a solution comprising cells, a photoinitiator, and a plurality of units capable of forming polymer chains (b) providing a photolithography instrument comprising a two-photon laser and (c) using the instrument to apply the laser to the solution to activate the photoinitiator thereby facilitating polymerisation of said units to form polymer chains, and, cross-linking of the polymer chains wherein the laser is applied to the solution in three-dimensions in a pre-defined pattern to assemble said construct, and said cells are encapsulated within the assembled construct.La présente invention concerne un procédé de production dune construction support tridimensionnelle comprenant des cellules encapsulées, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : (a) fournir une solution comprenant des cellules, un photoinitiateur, et une pluralité dunités capables de former des chaînes polymères (b) fournir un instrument de photolithographie comprenant un laser à deux photons et (c) utiliser linstrument pour appliquer le laser sur la solution afin dactiver le photoinitiateur facilitant ainsi la polymérisation desdites unités afin de former des chaînes polymères, et, réticuler les chaînes polymères le laser étant appliqué sur la solution de manière tridimensionnelle avec un motif prédéfini pour assembler ladite construction, et lesdites cellules étant encapsulées à lintérieur de la construction assemblée.
