The present invention relates to organic-inorganic composite particles for blocking near infrared rays and a method for preparing the same. The organic-inorganic composite particles according to the present invention can effectively block light in a near infrared ray area, thereby being capable of being applied to cosmetic formulations for blocking near infrared rays and suggesting application possibilities as a material for a coating film for blocking near infrared rays required in vehicle fields. To this end, the organic-inorganic composite particles for blocking near infrared rays comprise: a polymer matrix； and inorganic nanoparticles dispersed in the polymer matrix.본 발명은 근적외선 차단용 유무기 복합입자 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 유무기 복합입자는 근적외선 영역의 빛을 효과적으로 차단할 수 있는바, 근적외선 차단용 화장품 제형으로의 응용이 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 자동차 분야에서 요구되는 근적외선 차단용 코팅막의 소재로의 응용가능성을 제시할 수 있다.
