The present invention relates, in part, to isolated antibodies that specifically interact with and show measurable binding affinity to an epitope of the amyloid-beta (Αβ) protein. Such antibodies may be used for the modulation of Αβ activity and/or aggregation or amyloidosis, to study the effects of the Αβ protein on cell function and, in certain embodiments, for the treatment and/or prevention of a disease or condition associated with Αβ activity, aggregation, and/or amyloidosis.La présente invention concerne, en partie, des anticorps isolés qui interagissent de manière spécifique avec un épitope de la protéine amyloïde-bêta (Αβ) et présentent une affinité de liaison mesurable pour celui-ci.
