PURPOSE: A surface-modified supporter having an excellent osteanagenesis effect, and a producing method thereof is provided to use poly-dopamine and hydroxyapatite to obtain the supporter. CONSTITUTION: A surface-modified supporter having an excellent osteanagenesis effect includes a poly-dopamine coating layer located on the surface of the supporter, and a hydroxyapatite coating layer located on the surface of the poly-dopamine coating layer. Poly-dopamine has a catechol group on one end, and is obtained by polymerizing 3,4- dihydroxy-D- phenylalanine or dopamine hydrochloride. Hydroxyapatite is a nanoparticle having the average particle diameter of 1-1,000nm. The supporter has the surface formed with a material selected from metals, ceramics, glass, animal tissues, or biodegradable polymers.본 발명은 우수한 골 재생효능을 갖는 표면개질된 지지체 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 폴리도파민 코팅층과 하이드록시아파타이트 코팅층을 표면에 갖는 본 발명의 표면개질된 지지체는 우수한 골 재생효능을 갖도록 개질되어 의료용 이식재로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
