CONSTITUTION: A surface-modified supporter having an excellent osteanagenesis effect includes a poly-dopamine coating layer located on the surface of the supporter, and a hydroxyapatite coating layer located on the surface of the poly-dopamine coating layer. Poly-dopamine has a catechol group on one end, and is obtained by polymerizing 3,4- dihydroxy-D- phenylalanine or dopamine hydrochloride. Hydroxyapatite is a nanoparticle having the average particle diameter of 1-1,000nm.
