Disclosed is a system and method for regenerative pixel mode (RPM) and tumor locus (TL) detection for effective anti-aliased extraction of complicated tumor locus for improved brain tumor analysis. The system and method having a regenerative pixel mode (RPM) and tumor locus (TL) process as an alternative technique for effective anti-aliased extraction of complicated tumor locus is provided. The RPM TL process/technology eliminates disadvantages of positron emission tomography (PET) scan technology where radioactive material proved as a risk for the patient. The RPM TL technology is an alternative to PET scan processes and is very cost effective technique as compared to PET scan.
