FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to devices for blood flow restoration and removal of thrombi from the lumen of blood vessels, in particular clogged cerebral arteries, and a method for removing thrombi with the help of said devices. According to a first embodiment, the blood clot removal device comprises a self-expanding mesh structure having a distal end and a proximal end, and a pusher. Mesh structure is made with possibility of transition from radially compressed state into radially extended state. Pusher is proximal to the mesh structure and comprises a proximal radiopaque mark of the device. Mesh structure at the distal end comprises distal radiopaque labels of the device attached to the mesh structure with the help of a binding agent. Mesh structure and pusher are connected by means of connection including connecting unit, connecting coupling and binding agent. Connecting assembly is formed by bent end of pusher inserted into element of mesh structure. Connector is arranged above connecting assembly. Binding agent covers at least a part of the connecting unit including a part of the bent end of the pusher not closed with the coupling. According to the second embodiment of the device for thrombotic removal, the pusher is located proximal to the proximal end of the mesh structure, and the binding agent covers a portion of the outer surface of the distal radiopaque labels of the device, as well as the proximal and distal ends of the distal radiopaque labels of the device. Method for removing a blood clot from a cerebral vascularisation system involves moving a self-expanding mesh structure in a radially compressed state within a microcatheter to a thrombus in a vessel by a pusher. Mesh structure is positioned relative to the blood clot such that the distal end of the mesh structure is located distal to the distal thrombotic boundary, and the proximal end of the mesh structure is located proximal to the proximal thrombotic boundary.
