PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a powdery composition highly containing a proplis extract which is extracted by using an alcohol or supercritical carbon dioxide, having high fluidity, and having high stability to a high temperature, to provide an encapsulated preparation obtained by using the composition, to provide a tablet, and to provide a granular preparation.SOLUTION: A propolis extract powder is obtained by adding one or more kinds of betaine, &beta-alanine, creatine, &gamma-aminobutyric acid, L-carnitine, L-carnosine, L-ornithine, L-theanine, pantothenic acid, L-arginine, L-lysine, L-histidine, L-proline, L-tryptophan, L-glutamic acid, and poly-L-arginine to the propolis extract, or an extract of a plant from which the propolis is derived, in a ratio of &le about 50%, respectively, and then freeze-drying the mixture. The obtained extract powder is prevented from, more or less, forming a syrupy mass under ordinary temperature and high temperature conditions. Therefore, the extracted powder is stably stored.COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI【課題】 アルコール又は超臨界二酸化炭素を用いて抽出したプロポリス抽出物を高含有し、且つ流動性の高い高温安定な粉末状の組成物の開発及びその組成物を用いたカプセル製剤、錠剤、顆粒製剤を提供すること。【課題を解決するための手段】 ベタイン、β‐アラニン、クレアチン、γ‐アミノ酪酸、L‐カルニチン、L‐カルノシン、L‐オルニチン、L‐テアニン、パントテン酸、L‐アルギニン、L‐リジン、L‐ヒスチジン、L‐プロリン、L‐トリプトファン、L‐グルタミン酸、ポリ‐L‐アルギニンをそれぞれ50%程度以下の割合でプロポリス抽出物、又はその起源植物の抽出物に添加した後に凍結乾燥させることにより得られたプロポリス抽出物粉末は、程度の差はあるものの、常温及び高温条件下で飴状の塊を形成しないため、安定的に保存できることを見い出した。
