PURPOSE: An adapted compression/splint orthosis for a reinforcement of a calf musculo-aponeurotic pump is provided to a pressure of a therapeutic level to lower extremity by having a secure of a high level in a calf and a secure of a low level in an ankle. CONSTITUTION: An orthosis(10) comprises a pressure distal part(14) and a binding proximal part(16). The pressure distal part is made by knitting a warp thread and a weft thread. A dimension, a property, and a knit structure of a warp and a weft thread are selected in order to add an elastic restoring force generating a pressure of lower extremity in a desired therapeutic pressure level to a columnar direction when the orthosis is worn above lower extremity. The binding proximal part is a deformable tube type part consecutively knitted with a flexible pressure distal part. The binding proximal part is essentially inelastic and includes a resin suitable for a hardened body.보조기(10)는, 아킬레스건이 종아리 근육과 연결되는 지점의 높이와 경골 조면 아래에 위치된 높이 사이의 종아리 영역의 둘레를 감싸는 견고한 구속 근위부(16) 및 발목으로부터 위쪽으로 연장하며 상기 구속 근위부와 접하여 결합한 탄력적인 압박 원위부(14)를 포함한다. 견고한 구속 근위부(16)는 본질적으로 비탄력적이고 변형가능한 튜브형의 부분이며, 환자의 종아리 형태의 모형에 보조기를 배치하는 단계； 보조기 상의 구속 근위부 영역에 경화 가능한 생체에 적합한 수지를 도포하는 단계； 모형에 유지된 보조기와 함께 수지를 경화시키는 단계； 및 보조기를 완성된 상태로 제거하는 단계에 의해서 제조된다.
