THE DENTIFRICE COMPOSITION IS CHARACTERIZED BY CONTAINING: (A) A PROPYLENE GLYCOL ALGINATE; (B) AN ISOPROPYL METHYL PHENOL; AND (C) AT LEAST ONE KIND OF NON-IONIC SURFACTANT SELECTED FROM A POLYOXYETHYLENE ALKYL ETHER, WITH A C14-C18 ALKYL GROUP AND AN AVERAGE NUMBER OF MOLES OF ETHYLENE OXIDE ADDED OF 2 TO LESS THAN 20, AND A POLYOXYETHYLENE HYDROGENATED CASTOR OIL WITH AN AVERAGE NUMBER OF MOLES OF ETHYLENE OXIDE ADDED OF 5-30.
