Method of extraction of D-glucuronic acid pertains to chemistry. Purpose of invention is the simplifying process and increasing purity of final product. This can be achieved by treating sodium D-gluconate with 70-80% (by volume) trifluoroacetic acid in molar ratio 1:7,3:9,0. Sediment of final product are separated by filtration.
