PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep or improve the concentration ratio of a user by using none of a visual stimulation, an auditory stimulation, and an olfactory stimulation.SOLUTION: An environment control system includes an environment formation device 10 and a control device 20. The control device 20 includes a storage section 21, a processing section 22, and an indication section 23. The storage section 21 stores the first period information for fixing the utilization period Ts of the environment formation device 10 so as to form an awakening air stream Fs to restore the concentration ratio of a user Us, the second period information for fixing a reference period Tw longer than the utilization period Ts, and speed information for fixing the wind speed of the awakening air stream Fs. The processing section 22 fixes the operation contents of the environment formation device 10 on the basis of the first period information, the second period information, and the speed information. The indication section 23 indicates the operation contents fixed by the processing section 22 to the environment formation device 10.
