The present invention is a combined invention combining a clamp and a clip. The invention combines the characteristics of a clip of collecting things, and the characteristics of a clamp of fixating things. According to the present invention, things can be grabbed using a pressure of a clamp body (10), and can safely be fixated using a buffer (15) made of a soft material considering the case that the clamp is bent even without holding things. Also, the clamp is made into a slender circular cylinder of about 15-20 cm with a flexible solid matter having a strong elastic force and attraction. Solid matters having strength capable of fixating things to both ends are attached to both ends of the clamp in a circular disk form with a radius of about 2 cm. Afterwards, all the attached things are finished with rubber packing with pressure.
