Due to oceanic environment factors rapidly changed by industry modernization and diffusion of a whitening phenomenon to the southeast seashore, native marine algae existing for five millennia are continuously decreased and are in the crisis of extinction. Before extinction of genetic resources in an oceanic environment caused by a wrong determination at a moment, as one countermeasure thereof, a shape of native algae is modified and managed as a separated trichome such that the genetic resource can be managed and species preservation and management can be continuously managed in a land lab. When using such a method, Pelvetia siliquosa can be produced by using a land facility of the separated trichome facilitated as a method for preparing production demand of Pelvetia siliquosa which is not produced in most of the southeast coast at present. According to the present invention, a method for modifying and managing a shape of Pelvetia siliquosa performs cell proliferation of a separated trichrome from an embryo acquired from a living body selected from a part of a leaf body to realize expanded production, and preserves the species of genetic resources through annual cultivation management using a thermostatic chamber. Moreover, the method is expected to replace a demand amount decreased by a change in a present natural environment by mass production on the land facility. So far, the sea is a repository of various bioactive substances, which are not found in a land life, as well as various lives. Recently, a research for finding various bioactive materials from marine organisms to use the same for mankind and it is keenly required to find unique compounds from algae and supply the demand amount of unique algae.
