FIELD: physics.SUBSTANCE: automatic signalling device (ASB-1) includes a body, which is a hollow sphere made of aluminium, polished inside. On one side of the sphere an opening is made, which is connected via a line to the pump. In the center of the sphere, there is an ultraviolet photodiode, which gives UV with a wavelength of 260 nm. Also inside the sphere, a photoelectric multiplier for receiving ultraviolet rays (PEM) is mounted, fenced off from the photodiode by a septum impermeable to the UV rays. The PEM is connected to the signal processing unit and the signalling device for detecting DNA-containing bioimpurities by absorbing the UV rays in the analysed air. In turn, the signal processing unit is connected to a signalling device for detecting bioimpurities with DNA in the analysed air.
