The present invention relates to a method for producing smokeless mugwort containing natural flavor, which is able to produce mugwort for moxibustion which is solidified and does not blow ash during a combustion without smell and smoke through a rapid cooling and a carbonization process after finely pulverizing natural mugwort leaves in which a predetermined amount of moisture is preserved, and create the psychological stability and pleasant surroundings of a subject as various kinds of natural flavors are added to the generated mugwort for moxibustion.
