The present invention provides a multi-level cutting method for a harvester, which includes the following steps: setting a cutting height aligning and picking up paddy rice by the harvester during moving after aligning and pick-up, enabling the harvester performing a synchronous multi-level cutting, including a first knife cutting and a second knife cutting method wherein, the first knife cutting is first to pick up the ear of rice and send them into a roller to be gathered and delivered at the delivery port for rice husking then, bagging the rice and blowing away the shattered straw and, the second knife cutting is used for disposal of the straw. With this innovative and unique design, the present invention employs the first and second knife cutting methods to rapidly and synchronously perform the gathering of the ear of rice and disposal of the straw during rice harvesting, so as to achieve the practical utilities of fast and simple harvesting and cutting method for enhancing efficiency and speed of harvesting operation.本發明係提供一種收割機之多層次裁剪方法,主要係藉由步驟包含有預設裁剪高度後,令收割機於行進時將該水稻導正扶起,導正扶起後令該收割機作同步多層次裁剪中所包含的第一刀裁剪及第二刀裁剪;其中該第一刀裁剪係先取料稻穗後,令該稻穗進入滾筒集中至輸送口處輸送加以稻穀分離,稻穀分離後再令該稻穀裝帶,碎稻梗風吹丟棄;該第二刀裁剪係令該稻梗進行抛棄;藉此創新獨特設計,使本發明藉由作第一刀裁剪及第二刀裁剪方法,可快速於收割稻穀時作稻穗取料及稻梗抛棄動作,進而令本發明達到快速、簡便之收割裁剪方法,以提昇收割作業效率及速度之實用進步性者。
