The present invention provides agents, pharmaceutical compositions and kits for the treatment of autoimmune bullous disease (AMDB). In particular, the present invention relates to the use of a soluble Fc gamma receptor for treating AMDB, and pharmaceutical compositions and kits comprising the receptor. The invention further encompasses a method of treatment of AMDB.
