PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging module which can be manufactured easily.SOLUTION: An imaging module 15 comprises an imaging holder 31 to be fitted to a lens holder 21 while a position of a light emission side end part of the lens holder 21 is regulated by an outer peripheral surface 31c of the imaging holder 31 so that a center C3 of a lens 22 and a center point C2 of a reference area being an area, of a light incident surface 34a of a prism 34, on which light received by a light reception area 33a of an imaging device 33 is incident are positioned on a same axis L1.
