An auto-injector pen has an outer housing (12, 14) which has a proximal end (18) and a distal end (16), an inner housing (84) having a cartridge (74) therein, the cartridge (74) containing a medicament and having one end thereof sealed by pierceable member (80), a needle hub (64) having first and second piercing tips (68, 70) which are in fluid communication, an actuating assembly (28) which moves an actuator from a first position to an activated position wherein the first piercing tip (68) extends outwardly of the outer housing (12,14) at the proximal end (18) and the second piercing tip (70) pierces the pierceable member (80), a first trigger (22) located at the distal end (16) and a second trigger (98) located at proximal end 18, the arrangement being such that the second trigger 98 must be activated to permit activation of the first trigger (22).Cette invention concerne un crayon auto-injecteur comprenant un boîtier extérieur (12, 14) qui comporte une extrémité proximale (18) et une extrémité distale (16), un logement intérieur (84) qui renferme une cartouche (74), la cartouche (74) contenant un médicament et ayant une de ses extrémités scellée par un élément perforable (80), une embase d'aiguille (64) ayant des première et seconde pointes perforantes (68, 70) qui sont en communication fluidique, un ensemble actionnement (28) qui déplace un actionneur d'une première position à une position activée, la première pointe perforante (68) s'étendant à l'extérieur du boîtier extérieur (12, 14) côté extrémité proximale (18) et la seconde pointe perforante (70) perforant l'élément perforable (80), une première gâchette (22) située à l'extrémité distale (16) et une seconde gâchette (98) située à l'extrémité proximale (18), l'agencement étant tel que la seconde gâchette (98) doit être activée pour pouvoir activer la première (22).
