High-yield process for producing human antibodies (Ab) that neutralize the activity of one of the human cytokines (I) vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), interferonalpha (IFNa), interleukin-4 (IL4), tumor necrosis factoralpha (TNFa) and transforming growth factorbeta (TGFb), includes purification of immunoglobulins (Ig) present either in the serum or B cells of a subject who has been previously immunized against (I).
