PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic apparatus that has a compact-configuration and is capable of performing minute observation to a visual cell level regardless of an individual difference of an examined eye.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic apparatus has a reflective light modulation element modulating at least one of measuring light and return light.
