The latch tongue (13) is driven by the driving device (14) with two degrees of freedom to rotate about an axis of a first degree of freedom (AB), thereby sliding into or out of a latch catch (23). The valve driving shaft (12) is driven by the driving device (14) with two degrees of freedom to rotate about an axis of the second degree of freedom (CD), thereby opening or closing the water pipe connecting base (11) in which each valve is located.
