SOLUTION: A decontamination device 1 has a treatment room 2 to which plasma excitation gas G is supplied, a plasma generation part 4 for generating the plasma excitation gas G, a temperature adjustment part 11 for adjustment amount of moisture in a mixed gas supplied to the plasma generation part 4 and a control device 13 for controlling operation of the temperature adjustment part 11, the control device 13 controls content of moisture in the mixed gas supplied to the plasma generation part 4 through the temperature adjustment part 11 by recognizing relative humidity in the treatment room 2 input from humidity sensors 12A and 12B and then controlling operation of the temperature adjustment part 11 and this maintains relative humidity of whole area in the treatment room 2 in a range of 50% or more and less than 100% which is suitable for decontamination when the plasma excitation gas G is generated by the mixed gas in the plasma generation part 4 and supplied into the treatment room 2.EFFECT: A whole area in a treatment room 2 can be decontaminated by a plasma excitation gas G uniformly.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【解決手段】 除染装置1は、プラズマ励起ガスGが供給される処理室2と、プラズマ励起ガスGを発生させるプラズマ生成部4と、プラズマ生成部4へ供給される混合ガス内の水蒸気の量を調節する湿度調節部11と、湿度調節部11の作動を制御する制御装置13とを備えている。 制御装置13は、湿度センサ12A、12Bから入力された処理室2内の相対湿度を認識した上で、湿度調節部11の作動を制御して湿度調節部11を経由してプラズマ生成部4に供給される混合ガス内の水蒸気の含有量を調節する。それにより、プラズマ生成部4で混合ガスによりプラズマ励起ガスGが生成されて処理室2内に供給されると、処理室2内の全域の相対湿度が除染に好適な50%以上100%未満の範囲内に維持される。【効果】 処理室2内の全域をプラズマ励起ガスGによって均一に除染することができる。【選択図】 図1
