The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating influenza virus infection and a composition for inhibiting neuraminidase (NA) activity, containing one or more extracts selected from the group consisting of smilax china, aloe, syzygium aromaticum merrill et perry, nelumbinis Semen, and polygoni avicularis herba, or a fraction thereof, as an active ingredient.
